This is a remote position, that must be held be a U.S. citizen. In this position you will be responsible for the management, updating, customization, troubleshooting, and FaQ for the Odoo Community V13 ERP system deployed at Eden. You will work with all parts of the organization to identify requirements, issues, bugs, and training needs. You'll develop necessary software to implement requested features. You'll develop any needed training for the various Odoo modules and make this material available to all team members. You'll be the person everyone turns to for help with Odoo specific questions and challenges. You'll also support operations in various other ways, as time permits, such as supply chain management.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for the technical development of our Python based ERP System OdooYou enhance, develop and configure features and functionalities in our ERP System that support our business requirements
You will collaborate closely with our BD, e-commerce-, Operations & Supply Chain-, and Finance-Team, to analyze, design and build solutions
You significantly contribute to improve all our processes along our Supply Chain including logistics setup and Supplier Management System
Participate in weekly Scrum meetings and other agile ceremonies.
Maintain the Eden Grow System ERP environment, either through coding or system maintenance, using linux admin knowledge for the latter.
Implement features that are agreed upon
Must agree to dates and times of delivery and be responsible for such.
Update his/her task boards frequently to match current work progress.

3-years' experience with odoo v13
Communicate well and professionally in the English Language, throughout the process of weekly meetings, and be able to give good feedback on work performed and any other matter during the work process.
Good knowledge in SQL and relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL
Knowledge in JavaScript, GIT, CI/CD and Cloud Hosting is advantageous
A basic understanding of operational processes along a global Supply Chain and an international Logistics-Operations, would be a plus
Understanding of software architecture principles
