Set roadmaps, develop plans and budgets for growing operation needs. Oversee the growing of starts for customer sale. Oversee grow operation testing for all of Eden. Develop testing plans to grow new crops in Eden developed products. Be able to diagnose plant health issues quickly and provide feedback to product designers for adjustments in design to support growing needs. Identify defects in system design and report to designers. Develop growing "programs" including but not limited to wind/fan, lighting, water, and nutrient delivery quantities and schedules. Help train image recognition Artificial Intelligence to plant defect types and needed resolutions. Help populate Eden Software app with gardening and Eden product grow instructions and tips.
