Customer Service Representative

--Remote Work--

This position is Remote. Receive request from customers and Eden employees to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues associated with the selling and operation of Eden products. Must be able to support multiple timezone workflows, specifically Pacific Standard and Central Standard times.


Manage support tickets

Respond to customer support needs

Coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction

Take customer phone calls

Write technical support documentation

Microsoft Office Fluent

Ability to understand electrical systems
