Vice President of Manufacturing and Production

Formulates, implements, and guides long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Is responsible for corporate manufacturing and production, growth and sustainment, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Collaborates with the Executive Management Team to develop and implement manufacturing and production strategies and plans (including facilities, tooling, supply chain, quality, manufacturing process, and logistics). Identifies, recruits, hires, motivates and leads a high-performance management and execution team. Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment. Represents the company with suppliers and business partners. Manage an onsite manufacturing and production team to fabricate, assemble, test, package, and ship Eden products. Must be able to identify needed positions, recruit needed team members team members, address conflict, ensure schedule deadlines, hold personnel accountable, manage inventory, maintain machinery, and ensure safety of all personnel.
