Vice President - Business Development

--Remote Work--

This position is remote, but is desired to be based out of Houston, TX. Collaborates with the Executive Team and Board of Directors and formulates, implements and guides long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Drives company sales, growth and sustainment, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Collaborates with the Executive Management Team to develop and implement business development campaigns. Motivates and leads a high-performance management team. Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment. Represents the company with clients, investors and business partners. Setup and manage sales pipeline, CRM, and opportunity generation/tracking. Must be able to support multiple time zone workflows, specifically Pacific Standard and Central Standard times.
