Director - Sales

--Remote Work--

This position is remote, but is desired to be based out of Houston, TX. Manages and oversees the sales operations for Eden under the direction of the VP of Business Development. Designs plans to meet sales targets, develops, and cultivates relationships with clients and evaluates costs to determine product pricing. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Create and communicate sales goals and ensure senior leadership are informed on the progress of those goals. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes. Attend trade shows and conferences. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
